Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils derived from plants used for healing. Use of Aroma Therapy:
The use of essential oils or aromatherapy also should not be indiscriminate. Here are tips on safe use of essential oils:

  1. Keep all essential oils or aromatherapy in a dark bottle and not exposed to heat, sun and beam it directly, because it can damage the essential oil composition.
  2. Essential oils or aromatherapy is only used as an external medicine is not to drink or eat.
  3. Do not get in eyes, if eyes then rinse with milk or vegetable oil and consult a physician.
  4. Many essential oils are sensitive to light, which means it can cause a reaction with the skin when exposed to sunlight, then do not use essential oils if it will be out of the house.
  5. Some essential oils may cause skin irritation, discontinue if irritation persists.
  6. Keep out of reach of children.
  7. Essential oils are usually easy to explode because it is away from sources of flame such as candles, or goods that pose a fire.
  8. Pregnant women should not use essential oils without consulting with your doctor first.
  9. Aromatherapy massage is not allowed for people who are sick or have had a broken bone.
