Is your multivit on this list?

Many Australians take multivitamin and mineral tablets which they buy from pharmacies, supermarkets, health stores or practitioners. Some of these will make a significant difference to energy levels, stress resiliance, sleep patterns and a lot of other symptoms. But how is the consumer going to know what to spend their money on? I recently came across an attempt to assess multivits based on 18 criteria which helps to take the guesswork out of it and give you a better chance of spending your money wisely on products that are likely to be very useful to the body in potencies that matter and without risk of toxicity. We all want better bones, heart health, less inflammation (read cancers etc here for the uninitiated), good eyesight and a healthy liver into our old age and these are some of the criteria for selecting the list of 3 star plus formula. If your multi is not on this list consider printing this article and using it to shop more wisely next time you are buying.
